We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $250 CAD. For orders under $250 CAD, a flat shipping rate applies and will be calculated at checkout based on your location within Canada.
All domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location in Canada. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Orders are processed after Bitcoin payment has been confirmed on the blockchain (typically 1-3 confirmations). Once confirmed, your order will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once the order has been shipped.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of payment confirmation, please contact us at [email protected].
All orders are shipped in discreet, plain packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside of the package. Products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Currently, we only ship within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must have a valid Canadian shipping address.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at [email protected]. Please include your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
